In these times of uncertainty, it can be difficult to know where you're going, or what the future holds. There's a lot that's out of our control at the moment, but there are always things that you do have control over. Focusing on little things that are within your control can really help with your health and happiness.
Keeping the immune system strong feels pretty important at the moment, both in terms of keeping viruses at bay, but also to help to weather all the storms life may bring, when access to (real-life) physical and emotional support is more limited than usual.
