I'd love to hear your feedback about the session, and find out if there is anything to change or improve upon for next time! Please do drop me a line.

If you found it useful and would like to show your appreciation, Ithere are a few things that would be hugely helpful!

  • Like, follow, share, comment and generally get social on my Swift & Spry Facebook/Instagram pages

  • Send me a paragraph saying what you liked about the session, that I can include on my website and social channels

  • If you would like to contribute financially, I'm not going to say no! I've set up a paypal button on the Learn to Ride page on my website and you can choose the amount you'd like to pay :)

  • If you are looking for a local charity to donate to, I'd highly recommend Style Acre (disclaimer: I work for them in my day job...which means I know first hand all the amazing work they do to support adults with learning disabilities and autism!)

Our 5 year old had a cycling session with Anita today and she was brilliant! He has always struggled to get the hang of a bike and often takes a lot of encouragement to even get on one. Anita suggested we turn his bike into a balance bike and she had him going round on it pretending to be a dinosaur and chatting away, before the end of the session he was even lifting both of his feet off of the ground which is huge progress! She had a really lovely manner with him, encouraging him every step of the way. Anita has given us some useful hints and tips as well which is really helpful as we get him…
